Elly is Chief Operating Officer at Peabody Trust. Elly has over 22 years of experience in the housing sector, working her way up from supported housing officer to executive level roles. Elly was previously the Group Director, Assets and Sustainability at Notting Hill Genesis. Her earlier roles were Programme Director, leading the integration programme for Notting Hill and Genesis, and Director of Business Improvement as well as a range of roles at Orbit and A2 Dominion. Elly is Vice-President of the Chartered Institute of Housing, sits on the National Housing Federation’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Group and is a member of the Green Spaces Advisory Board.
Anthony Okereke
Leader of the Royal Borough of Greenwich
Based in London, Anthony Okereke is the Leader of the Royal Borough of Greenwich, with a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning. He is deeply aware of the challenges that come from family breakdowns and homelessness, having witnessed the impact these issues can have on individuals and families. Anthony is driven by a commitment to creating and organising housing solutions that can significantly improve people’s lives. His work focuses on addressing these needs and ensuring that everyone has a stable home to thrive.

Jonathan Hulley
Head of Social Housing, Birketts LLP
Jonathan joined Birketts in April 2020 as a Partner in the Social Housing Team, focusing on expanding the practise across the UK, including London, the Midlands, and the South East. His expertise covers landlord and tenant issues, housing management disputes, disrepair claims, Building and Fire Safety regulations, and service charge disputes. Working with Partners Pete Goddard and John Scannell, Jonathan delivers top service to social housing clients. He is recognised for his knowledge in housing and leasehold management law, advising on best practises and regulatory compliance. Jonathan also provides training on the Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act 2018 and Building and Fire Safety Bills.
