Andrea Baker
Group Director of Housing, Poplar HARCA
Andrea has worked in Housing for 30 years. Following stints at LB Southwark, LB Tower Hamlets, Swan and RHP, she arrived at Poplar HARCA in 2008 as Director of Housing. In 2013 she also took-on Corporate Services.
Andrea is most proud of HARCA’s steadfast devotion to regeneration in the round, ensuring community stays in charge of place.
Tilley Harris
Co-Founder, AKOU
Working in the Built Environment sector for 8 years, Tilley has dedicated much of her working life to innovating and improving community consultation, regeneration and community development processes. She has developed a 360 degree view of the property industry and has acquired a wealth of experience when it comes to placemaking.
Shama Sutar-Smith
Programme Lead Engagement (Internal Capability), Westminster City Council
Shama’s current role involves transforming the Council’s approach to engagement, to enable them to work in a more coherent and consistent way with their communities across their departments.
Andrew Muir
Managing Consultant, 4OC
Andrew has worked at Housing Associations for the last 30 years, starting as a housing officer in Leicester and ending up as executive director of corporate services at Notting Hill Housing. In his career, he has been lucky enough to lead dynamic, forward-thinking teams and deliver major projects aimed at creating and sustaining great places to work, ultimately for the benefit of tenants and customers. Andrew love strategy, managing change in complex organisations and improving services.
He joined 4OC in early 2021 after enjoying working alongside them on a merger integration and transformation programme, and he is currently working with a number of Housing Associations and Local Authorities.
