Previously Executive Director at LIFT, she led strategic initiatives and produced acclaimed work, including The Second Woman starring Ruth Wilson, Time Out’s best show of 2023. With 30 years in theatre and festivals, she founded The Pivotal Place, a coaching practice for creative leaders.

She represents the Mayor of London on Arts Council England, advises Rose Bruford College, and is a sought-after speaker and writer. Stella’s honours include Cultural Leadership Fellow (2008), Rose Bruford Honorary Fellow (2021), and listings in The Stage 100 (2024) and 100 Black Women Making a Mark (2023).
