She coaches teams and delivers programmes on Inclusive Leadership, Storytelling, and Relationship Building through Synchrony Development Consulting Ltd. With over 30 years in HR, Yetunde’s career began at IITA in Nigeria and includes roles with Northern Foods plc, Unilever, Allied Domecq, and Imperial Brands. She runs Synchrony Development Consulting, raises funds for charity through The Enjoyable Life Series CIC, and founded Solaris, a global academy for black women. She is also a published author and Independent Non-Executive Board Director.
Andrew Muir

Andrew Muir is a seasoned Executive Director and Consultant based in London, boasting over 30 years of experience in leading high-performing teams and delivering major projects within the housing association sector. Since 2018, he has worked as an independent consultant, specialising in merger integration, transformation, regulatory compliance, and strategic leadership. He previously served as a Managing Consultant at 4OC, where he contributed to a successful merger integration programme. Andrew is currently the Director of AM Works, where he continues to provide expert consultancy services, partnering with housing associations and local authorities to drive impactful change and organisational development.
