Les Warren

Managing Director, RWP (Reside with Progress)

Les Warren serves as the Managing Director of RWP (Reside with Progress), one of UK’s leading providers of supported living for individuals with learning disabilities, autistic people and people with long term mental health conditions. He took on this role in August 2022. RWP is part of the Progress Housing Group and in addition to RWP, Les has Executive responsibility for the Group’s development activity. Les has held Director-level positions with a range of housing organisations at large London local authorities, Arms Length Management Organisations (ALMOs) and Housing Associations. His early career was in accounting & finance having qualified with a Big Four accounting firm in Dublin. He has worked extensively in the property and housing sectors in the UK, Ireland and South Africa. Much of Les’ experience has been to help organisation reframe, redesign and execute changes to their service, commercial or business models. He is a lifelong practitioner and student of leadership and the sensemaking role that leaders need to play. Les holds an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town.

Patrick Dunne

Chair, Boardelta

Patrick Dunne is a highly regarded figure in board governance and education. He currently holds the position of Chair at Boardelta, a board consultancy firm. In addition to this, Patrick actively contributes to the nonprofit sector as the Chair of two charities: The EY Foundation, focused on supporting young people and entrepreneurs, and ESSA – Education Sub Saharan Africa, dedicated to improving education in Africa.

Adding to his list of responsibilities, Patrick serves as the Chair of the Oversight Board for the Chartered Management Consultant and is a Trustee of the Chartered Management Institute. These roles reflect his commitment to enhancing management practices and professionalism.

He is also an acclaimed author, known for his book “Boards,” which has received accolades for its insights on board dynamics and governance.

Alison Muir

Non-Executive Director, Newlon Housing Trust

Alison is an accomplished Non-Executive Director with a combination of local authority, private sector, G15 housing association and homelessness charity sector experience. As a driven, dynamic senior leader who builds and nurtures diverse organisations, Alison creates and deploys effective change strategies and engages with stakeholders at all levels. She is proactive, innovative and a commercially focused leader with highly developed interpersonal skills both at an executive and operational level.

She also has an Executive MBA.

Argiri Papathos

Director of Governance and Compliance, Peabody Group

Argiri leads the Governance and Compliance function for the Peabody Group, supporting the organisation to deliver its core business activities in a way that is compliant with relevant regulation and legislation. She joined Peabody following its merger with Catalyst Housing, where she held a similar role.

Previous roles in social housing have been focused on leading multi-disciplinary teams, including Company Secretariat, Risk and Assurance, People, Health and Safety, Information Technology, Data Governance, and Business Transformation.

Argiri’s experience includes appointments as non-executive director and member of the Audit and Risk Committee for Origin Housing, Advisor to the Audit Committee for the Royal College of Nursing and mentor with the Leadership 2025 charity. Argiri is a Fellow of the RSA.
