Jonathan collaborates with fellow Partners Pete Goddard and John Scannell to provide top-notch service to social housing clients. Recognized as an expert in housing and leasehold management law, Jonathan advises on best practices, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with social housing regulator standards. He is highly regarded by clients, having represented them in notable cases, including those in the Supreme Court. Jonathan is also known for delivering client training events on topics such as the Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act 2018 and the Building and Fire Safety Bills.
