Nadine joined the Gambling Commission in March 2021.

Nadine Pemberton Jn Baptiste is a solicitor who has extensive experience working in regulation across the public sector.

Nadine is General Counsel at the Gambling Commission, a role she has held since March 2021. In May 2023 Nadine also took up roles as a Lay Council Member & Trustee at the Nursing & Midwifery Council, and a Non-Executive Director at the University Hospitals of Derby & Burton NHS Foundation Trust.

Throughout her career Nadine has specialised in strategic organisational development, change and transformation. Nadine is dedicated to inclusion in all aspects of her work.

Nadine is a founding member of Rotary International’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Taskforce, and often speaks on leadership and inclusion.  Nadine is also a coach and is committed to making coaching more accessible to marginalised communities.

Lubna is the Director within NSCG’s talent consulting practice where she develops the consultancy and leadership development proposition, working closely with clients to help optimise their leadership team, culture and organisational design.

Sandy has held a variety of senior customer service and experience roles in the transport and social housing sectors. She has a track record in leading change; service transformation and modernisation, and designing and implementing new operating models to deliver savings, increase income and improve the customer experience. During her career she has delivered service improvements, service standards, customer propositions and customer strategy, and has experience in contact centre operations, operational crisis management, continuous improvement and mobilising new contracts and operations.

She is passionate about the value of equity, diversity and inclusion, and is a collaborative and inclusive leader, with a track record in increasing employee engagement and belonging.

Sandy is a Trustee at Leadership 2025 and Brook, and is an Associate Consultant with Inclusive Employers where she works on inclusion-related projects for a wide range of clients.
