A recent survey from Inside Housing brought to light a rather staggering statistic. Of the 101 housing associations surveyed, 61% of them had no ethnic minority leaders in their team. This is a sad indictment of the current state of our industry, but it also represents an opportunity to make real progress if we can turn that tide.

In this roundtable discussion, we’re going to ask the loaded question: ‘Where are the GEM CEOs?’ Along with a panel of great speakers, we’ll look to unpack some of the reasons for the current state of affairs, and what we can do to turn things around.

By joining us, you’ll be invited to an open conversation where we share vulnerably about our experiences and work to come up with new ideas and solutions that can help guide our next generation GEM leaders to the very top. We hope you’ll come and lend your voice!
