In recent years, larger housing associations have been merging with other organisations to create even bigger entities. This raises the question – what will the future housing association look like?

The future of housing organisations will be shaped by several factors, including technological changes, demographics and economic conditions. To stay ahead of the curve, it is essential for organisations to understand these trends and how they might impact the way we live and work in the future. This requires a shift in thinking from traditional models of housing provision to a more customer-centric approach that considers tenants’ changing needs.

In order to answer this question, we’ve gathered a group of c-suite leaders from different housing associations to come together and discuss this topic. We’ll also look at how these changes will affect other stakeholders, both within and outside the housing associations themselves.
