In a recent study, GEM leaders were asked what they need from their organisations in order to feel fulfilled and perform at their best. The answers were varied, but three broad themes emerged: safety, visibility, and support.

In this roundtable, we’ll explore each of these themes in turn and discuss what organisations can do to create a more supportive environment for your GEM employees.
