How do we create a culture of inclusion in our workplace? Both the executive leadership team and board have a responsibility – and a requirement – to demonstrate they are tackling discrimination. This must include taking leadership actions which support inclusive and progressive initiatives and ensuring that positive steps are taken to embed real change in their organisation. What do our non BAME colleagues really think about the challenges facing BAME and why? How does corporate culture influence the dynamic for non BAME colleagues who want to help? What are the challenges currently preventing progressive action being taken? How do we remove those challenges?
