Elly is Chief Operating Officer at Peabody Trust. Elly has over 22 years of experience in the housing sector, working her way up from supported housing officer to executive level roles. Elly was previously the Group Director, Assets and Sustainability at Notting Hill Genesis. Her earlier roles were Programme Director, leading the integration programme for Notting Hill and Genesis, and Director of Business Improvement as well as a range of roles at Orbit and A2 Dominion. Elly is Vice-President of the Chartered Institute of Housing, sits on the National Housing Federation’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Group and is a member of the Green Spaces Advisory Board.

Anthony Okereke

Leader of the Royal Borough of Greenwich

Councillor Anthony Okereke is the Leader of the Royal Borough of Greenwich.  As Council Leader, he has established a refreshed vision for the borough focused on improving the quality of life and health of residents, tackling the cost-of-living crisis, and combating the climate emergency. Anthony is one of the youngest Council leaders in London and is determined to see a capital that is built for all, with safe and secure housing, vibrant neighbourhoods, and fantastic parks and green spaces.

Greg is a strategic management consultant and Partner at Campbell Tickell. A consultant for more than 20 years, he has worked directly with well over 500 organisations across the UK, Ireland and beyond. Greg has led governance and major strategy reviews for a diverse range of entities including councils, housing associations, care providers, sports bodies, and charities. He has also consulted for government housing regulators in England, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland, and has played a pivotal role in developing all three branches of regulation: finance, governance, and service performance.

He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing. He has been a mentor on Future of London’s Future Leaders programme for the past 10 years.

Jonathan Hulley

Head of Social Housing, Birketts LLP

Jonathan joined Birketts in April 2020 as a Partner in the Social Housing Team, focusing on expanding the practice in various regions of the UK, including London, the Midlands, and the South East. His expertise lies in landlord and tenant issues, housing management dispute resolution, disrepair claims, Building and Fire Safety regulations, and service charge disputes. Jonathan collaborates with fellow Partners Pete Goddard and John Scannell to provide top-notch service to social housing clients. Recognized as an expert in housing and leasehold management law, Jonathan advises on best practices, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with social housing regulator standards. He is highly regarded by clients, having represented them in notable cases, including those in the Supreme Court. Jonathan is also known for delivering client training events on topics such as the Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act 2018 and the Building and Fire Safety Bills.
