DIFFICULT CONVERSATIONS
20TH OCTOBER 2021 | 13:00 – 15:30

This is the much anticipated follow up on our roundtable from earlier in the year where we discussed some of the internal challenges that organisations are currently facing while working towards workplace inclusion. What do our non BAME colleagues really think about the challenges facing BAME, and why? How does corporate culture influence the dynamic for non BAME colleagues who want to help? What are the challenges currently preventing progressive action being taken? How do we remove those challenges?

Join us for this follow up discussion to continue the conversation and help move the sector towards a more inclusive future.
