Any company that wants to thrive in today’s world must realise that a diverse leadership base and a diverse company culture are the key competitive advantage that will stand them in good stead for the future.
In this roundtable discussion we’ll dive into the practical details surrounding EDI strategies and how they can be linked to the overall corporate strategy of your organisation. We’ll talk about the ins and outs of creating systematic, business-led approaches to diversity goals to establish organisations that fairly represent the communities in which they operate.
