Kevin is the Headteacher at Blue Coat School, Liverpool. A highly successful selective grammar school which provides academic excellence and invest in a broad wider curriculum.

Before that, he was the CEO for Mersey View Learning Trust, a group of six schools across all phases and provisions, including Special schools.

Kevin was the Executive Headteacher Leading Chesterfield High School where he had been since 2012; Headteacher for the last 5 years. Before that role, he was the Deputy Head responsible for Progress, Attainment & Standards. He started his time at Chesterfield as an AHT in charge of Behaviour & Personal Development. He is an assessor for the Inclusion Quality Mark (IQM) supporting schools develop inclusive classrooms and schools.

He has taught in three other schools – in Durham, Knowsley and Hackney, as an AHT, Head of Humanities and a Head of Geography. He has run his own Teaching & Learning Consultancy, based in Ireland. Before he entered Teaching, he worked in Training and Development work with NHS Public Health, Social Services and NHS Trusts in Bedfordshire and Manchester.

Lynn Stubbs

Chief People and Governance Officer, Amplius

Lynn is Chief People & Governance Officer for Amplius. In this role, Lynn leads on People and OD, Governance, Risk, Compliance, Communications and Marketing. As part of the Executive Leadership Team at Amplius, Lynn also has collegiate responsibility for the overall strategy and direction of the newly merged housing organisation.

Lynn has worked in the housing sector for over 27 years in a variety of leadership roles, with over a decade of experience at an Executive leadership level. She has a wealth of experience leading a broad range of operational customer facing services as well as corporate services including HR, Communications, Governance, Compliance, Change and Transformation. A huge part of Lynn’s career has been focused on cultural transformation and organisational growth and development. She has a proven track record in improving organisational performance, embedding inclusive cultures where people can thrive and perform at their best. Lynn is absolutely passionate about delivering a great colleague experience and driving exceptional levels of customer service.

Lynn also Chairs the Charity Harry’s Pals, that provides life changing support to parents of children with life limiting conditions.

Dean is a Director within the Social Housing practice at NSCG specialising in connecting clients with top talent and creating high performing leadership teams.

He has been consulting and recruiting for public and profit-for-purpose organisations for over 20 years, with the social housing sector taking sole focus over recent years.  He is passionate about helping these organisations tackle the challenge of balancing complex customer needs whilst maintaining commercial viability, in an ever-changing environment.

He also leads the wider Public Sector team at NSCG – driving employee engagement, performance, and developing people.
