After 15 years in the commercial sector and having done everything from setting up subsidiary companies offshore, to creating technical architectures as a consultant, to getting new software products out to market. Rajiv decided to go back to public sector and started at Notting Hill Genesis in 2017. Rajiv is the Chief Information Officer at NHG, and was brought in as part of NHGs plans to digitalise and innovate services . The business operating model was remodelled to leveraging technology to great success.
