Sarah Jones MP

Shadow Minister for Policing and the Fire Service

Sarah Jones is the Member of Parliament for Croydon Central, and Shadow Minister of State for Policing and the Fire Service. Until April 2020 she served as the Shadow Minister for Housing, playing a key role in Labour’s support for leaseholders and fire safety after the Grenfell Tower disaster. She was born and raised in Croydon, and still lives there with her husband and children.

Tunji Akintokun MBE CCMI

Senior Director, Head of Marketing Solutions, LinkedIn

Tunji is a Senior Director at LinkedIn leading the UK and Ireland Marketing Solutions team. He has previously held senior leadership positions at tech giant Cisco and global professional services firm PwC.

He currently serves as a Non-Executive Director at England Athletics, a patron of the autism charity CASPA and a BTEC Ambassador for Pearson.

Passionate about Diversity, the Arts, Science & Technology, Sport and Social Mobility, Tunji has previously resided on the councils of Grant Thornton, techUK and Teach First.

He mainly supports his passions through his Ilesha Charitable Trust, making impact and long-term donations to these causes.

Tunji was awarded an MBE in the Queen’s 2018 New Year’s Honours List for services to young people from ethnic minorities in Science & Technology.

Alison Inman

Board Member, Housing Diversity Network, Saffron and TPAS

Alison Inman is an experienced non-executive director and currently sits on the boards of Saffron Housing Trust, Tpas, Housing Diversity Network. She is a former President of the Chartered Institute of Housing and is a Senior Advisor to the WISH Social Impact Fund, providing safe temporary accommodation for vulnerable women and their children.



Andrew Muir

Managing Consultant, 4OC

Andrew has worked at Housing Associations for the last 30 years, starting as a housing officer in Leicester and ending up as executive director of corporate services at Notting Hill Housing. In his career, he has been lucky enough to lead dynamic, forward-thinking teams and deliver major projects aimed at creating and sustaining great places to work, ultimately for the benefit of tenants and customers. Andrew love strategy, managing change in complex organisations and improving services.

He joined 4OC in early 2021 after enjoying working alongside them on a merger integration and transformation programme, and he is currently working with a number of Housing Associations and Local Authorities.
