We are very proud to offer the first cross-sector network for Global Ethnic Majority executives and board members working in the UK affordable housing sector.

It is a safe space for senior GEM housing and other sector professionals to build networks, support each other, learn together, discuss important issues, and promote best practice. Members can build on their existing skills and navigate the specific challenges faced by GEM professionals, providing a voice for each other and their junior colleagues.

The group also offers an opportunity to reflect on why there are not more GEM leaders in the affordable housing sector, and to consider actions to influence organisations to be more authentic and accountable in terms of their commitment towards diversity and inclusion.

The CX GEM Network is our most powerful network of senior Global Ethnic Majority executives within housing. A much-needed forum for GEM leaders to gain C-Suite business and industry insights, build powerful peer network and discuss issues unique to their personal backgrounds.   

Membership to this network open all GEM senior executives working for both the private and not for profit sector.
